I definitely swapped out some of the heads and scraped the eyes on a couple too. They used a lighter brown for some of them in the molding so those can't be fixed.

Really? Didn't notice that on any of the ones I got yet... Need to look better.

Keep in mind the figures I am using for the Violet Vale guys is coming from a Malta seller so may be factory rejects due to the heads for instance.

I suppose... But that looks promising - I have no lack of normal heads ;)

I have a question about the "guard that looks like he could be from OZ": where did you get his head from?
