9366 Funpark plane - remove wings?

(1/1)

tahra:
Did anyone manage to remove the wings from that plane? As in on-off-on-off... ?

If I knew I couldn't take it apart again, I would not have bought it :(

What am I to do with it?

StJohn:
I have no experience but cannot stop myself from answering.

Play, I guess. :glasses: Pretend flight, etc. It's a nice set. I particularly like the play suggestion that the pilot and his sole passenger should share a cup of coffee.

And AFTER play?  I thought this was a normal plane (like those AeroLines/Lufthansa ones), and messed with the plane box so it would fit...

THEN I saw it was a mini plane. Ok good. Ok fine. (does anyone else remember Mouse, from Beauty And The Beast?)  Smaller is good, mostly... different is good....

Then the stupid wings are NOT system X.  And I am afraid to break them :(

GrahamB:
I've no idea how the wings fit onto the plane- there is no Instructions pdf online, nor images of the wings on PlaymoDB. Did it come with instructions, tahra? If so, I'm sure Heather would appreciate a scan. Or did it come pre-assembled?

tahra:
It came with instructions - they're "clipped on"  :(

Fritz Tomé strikes again. We were ok with the plane being smaller (though not as pretty, but..) - but this stupidity... GAH.
