Very nice customs indeed.
I especially like the trapper in the middle and the lumberjack next to him.

A really nice torso, which was available already with klicky 30000344. Unfortunately the white of the torso (and the arms in the musician’s case) are not clean white, but shiny glittering white, so you can’t create white klickies with it. Unless there are sleeves in this colour, does anyone know?

As far as I´m aware of, no other sleeves yet in that "glittering white" colour then these Series 16 ones... Maybe somewhere a female curved sleeve though, of those I don´t keep track as much.

Resistance is futile, you will be boarded!

I wanted to take pictures of my Western klickies for a very long time. Today I found the time to take them! You will see original, semi-custom and custom klickies which I consider to fit into the Western World. I numbered the pictures, which will make it easier if you want to comment them or if you have questions about some of the customised klickies. Feel free to copy them or to let them be an inspiration, after all, some of my own customs were inspired by others! Enjoy (and click to enlarge):

Wow! That's a LOT of western figures! Great customs bml87!
At that moment the ship suddenly stopped rocking and swaying, the engine pitch settled down to a gentle hum. 'Hey Ford.' said Zaphod, 'that sounds good. Have you worked out the controls on this boat?' 'No,' said Ford, 'I just stopped fiddling with them.' (With thanks to Douglas Adams)

That's a gorgeous collection! I love the diversity you managed to get, you could fill up a town with those klickies.  :o

They look excellent, the whole lot! If I had to name one, I'd have to say I'm particularly fond of the old preacher in #10.

Very cool.
I saw Deadwood, Tombstone, and spaghetti western characters amongst the crowd.

A great use of parts, and to repeat others: a unique and diverse group.

We get to see them in a diorama soon...?

Ok, the long version..

The ones with the clown/milka guy torso in #4 are great - that torso IS amazing for a variety of themes!

And the movie farmer in #5 with a normal head and beard looks great too!

Love the guy in #6 - another PERFECT torso... for.. well.. EVERY FREAKIN THEME.

The men in shorts in #7 throw me off a bit... but I assume you know better than me!  And love the milkmaid woman like that.

I think the hats in #17 and #23 could use some erasing, so as not to have equal markings.. Then again, one only notices this because they are side by side, right? :)

Love that woman on #24! Very creative, with the shoulder things and the jacket! Really really gorgeous!

I had never thought of the egyptian mother in #25 as fit for western - I stand corrected :)

And the women from the pirate torsos on #26 =

And... I envy you the woman on #32 - especially her grey skirt ;D

In all, a great varied bunch! Thanks for sharing them!

Thanks a lot everyone! I actually didn't realise I have over 160 Western Klickies until I took the pictures, it was about time for a photoshoot :camera:! With all those mystery bags coming out in 2020 I will definitely be able to create more unique Western Klickies! I'm looking forward to all of those new parts!

And now some more detailed answers ;)

you could fill up a town with those klickies.  :o

I have done two Western diorama's already: North American desert and Western Town II (which was an update of an earlier version). I'm currently working on a third one: North American forest and I know it takes long, my apologies! But like some of us, I am a perfectionist and I'm still waiting for some parts to arrive. I will post some pictures soon! Apart from that, I have a new idea for Western Town III! I will not set up the farm anymore (due the lack of space) and instead I will build some more Steck buildings to create a larger town, I guess most of the figures might fit in! :cowboy:

The ones with the clown/milka guy torso in #4 are great - that torso IS amazing for a variety of themes!

I will say it once more, it's thanks to you I saw the true purpose of this torso! For those who missed it, click here.

The men in shorts in #7 throw me off a bit... but I assume you know better than me!  And love the milkmaid woman like that.

I have to say I actually don't know if men in the Old West wore that type of shorts, on the other hand I see it more and more in Playmobil Western diorama's. Eventually I had two of those pants left since I used that very useful torso of the Lebkuchen baker ;) and I thought let's give it a try!

I think the hats in #17 and #23 could use some erasing, so as not to have equal markings.. Then again, one only notices this because they are side by side, right? :)

Indeed, even if one of the hats was "corrected" they look too similar to put next to each other. Somehow a missed opportunity of Playmobil. It's different with the 4 guys in picture 23, I see them as brothers that form a gang.

Love that woman on #24! Very creative, with the shoulder things and the jacket! Really really gorgeous!

I have to be honest I was inspired by one of the wonderful customs of specialist. Click here (second picture) ;)

I had never thought of the egyptian mother in #25 as fit for western - I stand corrected :)

As you might remember, she was one of the guesses in my Altaya research (for those who missed it, click here). After changing the head, she looked very useful indeed! By the way, I'm still ordering unknown part numbers now and then :sherlock:

And the women from the pirate torsos on #26 =

I'm so proud of those! Playmobil should create a Latin American theme! That would be awesome!

And... I envy you the woman on #32 - especially her grey skirt ;D

You might remember I ordered her via the DS, unfortunately I tried to order a second one recently and I got the reply that she is sold out :hissyfit:

... how DID you ever find that again?   :o

Yes, that klicky is all amazing (and he doesn't have THAT hair!) - the only thing I wish is that he had those baggy long sleeves... I mean, there is nothing wrong with white arms, but I do have a box of them..

What I meant was not the hat in itself... I think it looks weird to have the same bullet holes and stitching on all of them... even if it was a uniform...
