the quality seems good to me guessing from the pictures  ??? why they opened a factory in Czech republic? is it cheaper there?

As far as the made in Czech issue - I'm sure expense is part of the reason but I believe capacity is also a factor. They are building a big addition to the plant in Germany right now, so clearly they don't have enough room for their current volume.
