I was organising some unsorted parts, and I came across this:

Is it Playmobil?  And, if so, what is it from?

Klicky for scale:

Have a good time, make life cheerful and bright, dance if you want to, sing if you can, play as long as you live and leave the world with a smile - Lemuel K. Washburn

I'd say not PM Raven, but that's just a guess.
At that moment the ship suddenly stopped rocking and swaying, the engine pitch settled down to a gentle hum. 'Hey Ford.' said Zaphod, 'that sounds good. Have you worked out the controls on this boat?' 'No,' said Ford, 'I just stopped fiddling with them.' (With thanks to Douglas Adams)

It looks like a "shot", something to be shot out of a weapon. Compare PM modern "cannonballs" that have the ball at one end and a long shaft that goes in the cannon barrel, with a little notch at the end to engage the firing mechanism. This looks like that sort of thing.  :sherlock: :2c:

I have seen Transformers that fire similar missiles from spring-loaded ejectors in their hands or arms.
