I'm thinking of ordering an obscene amount of these for my Knaresborough display:
30 28 4330 - Brick, nesting, 2x1 square (http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30-28-4330)
Are they single pence each, double?
I'm thinking of ordering perhaps 100+ :toot:
Damo :)

Oooh, I would love to know the answer to this, too. I've also thought of ordering massive amounts of these.
-
If they are any more than 10 pence each then I won't be happy :-\
I've just enquired the price for 200 :P
Whether they'll sell me 200 I don't know
Damo :)

I never said I didn't like LEGO, I'm just too poor from buying Playmobil all of the time !
-
200 bricks are on their way!!! :D :D :D
I pity the poor sod who's got to count them out!
I'll let you know how much they were when I get the reciept, as I ordered a load of other things as well :)
Damo :)
-
what are those bricks for? :D
-
I'm doing a construction display for the Knaresborough Playmobil Exibition

One easy way is to count out, say, five and weigh them. If five come to 20g, then just weigh up 780g of bricks, put them with the other 5 and you've got your 200. (It's also an easy way of counting out sheets of paper.)

It's also what they do in the bank when you take in loose change. They know the weight of say £1 in 2pence then just weigh your little bag rather than count it all out.
Looking forward to seeing pics of your finished building Damo.

Well, it's never going to be 'finished' as it were ;)

You know what I meant! ;). 'Display'/'part-built building' then.

I don't mind what method they use, as long as they get it right :D
Because if there's one brick missing... >:D >:D >:D

Well I'll only know once I get the order sheet through with the delivery
I don't know how much they are as the bill included delivery and about 14 various other parts

200 Bricks arrived (yes I counted them to make sure!) today, plus a load of other spares
Very impressed with Playmobil. I paid at 4:30 Friday afternoon, and by Monday Germany had shipped the parcel, and it arrived here on the Wednesday :)9
Here is what 200 bricks looks like (plus ten pallets I ordered as well)

Here are some on the pallets:

Being Playmobil, they fit EXACTLY onto the pallets. Here I have done two high (24 bricks)

It looks like you got what you were expecting!
-
They look great! So how much were they?
-
In all my excitement, I forgot to say how much they were :-[
1x brick costs £0.15! :o
$ 0.24 € 0.18
Seems a bit expencive to me - I was rather hoping for more around the 10 pence mark, but I don't mind :)

That's quite expensive however, I got two of these in my last order:
http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30+05+7480
They connect the base plates of the mansions together.
They cost £1.45 each! :o
If I had known they were going to be that much I would have just made do. ::)
BTW, nice to see the 'fork lift thingy/tractor' custom in action. ;)
-
For that little part? That's crazy!
