"He said, STOP !!!, " yells Gemma from her window.
But, her voice is lost in the noise of the barking dog.

As everyone looked up, a quiet hush fell over the village and the Castle.

"Just a few hours ago, that pesky dragon took off the roof and destroyed the wall of the Southeast tower's guardroom," continued Gautelen.

Gautelen went on to explain, "So that we don't have any further damage, Anselm the Stone Mason is hurrying the repairs."
"Otto the Carpenter is cutting the new roof rafters."
"And, as soon as Anselm and his crew are finished, we'll put on a new roof."

Shhhh ...  :shhhh: ...

"From Queen Reyna and me ... Hello to all our friends here at Thornrose Castle." ...

"Gautelen our Engineer/Builder has explained that loud noises during the repair could cause further damage."

"We must make only soft sounds. So, there will be no ceremonious firing of our cannon today."

King William continued, "Instead, Toly and Odo will play some gentle melodies for us."

"Queen Reyna and I thank all our Thornrose Castle friends."

While all our Playmofriends visitors are "imagining" the "gentle melodies" being played by Toly and Odo, here are some views of the East wall of Thornrose Castle.

One of the important features of the East wall is East Gate. East Gate leads directly beneath the Guard barracks into the Castle.
Another East wall feature is the livestock log palisade which is connected to the Dairy and Blacksmith.

The Royal Quarters can be seen by looking over toward the Southwest corner of the Castle.
