I really do like the dress designs on these fairies. Nice to see something completely different to the usual flowery or starry prints that have been used in the past!
I wouldn't say the freckly face spoils the first figure, but it does make her look slightly less feminine. This combined with the less busty torso, pulled-back hairstyle, and chunky bracelets at the wrist all have a cumulative effect when viewed together.
The 4520 figure, which is referred to as a Fairy in the catalogue despite having no wings, also had a freckled face
but she had the curvy body mold and pink colour scheme which saved her from looking too butch.
