Oh my... I am thrilled, shocked, and filled with thankfulness... it actually worked!!!
I ordered the highlander torsos and legs and the chain mail neckpieces at Direct Service Netherlands, not online but by filling in a form.
And I received the parts today!
Dear HDTM, thank you very much for making this possible.
And of course also many thanks to that very nice lady at your customer service.

All those nice axes together look great. Very nice colouring.

I wonder if the body parts were available separately because they were in the fi?ures series and so meant to be sold as a part rather than being part of a klicky?
It's annoying that even when the number is known for something like hair that it's not available to purchase.

I'dont know, strange was that I was able to buy only some parts from the highlander figure but not the belt with the scabbard (which I find AWESOME).
Also I was told that some items like the mail collars cannot be bought for quantities above 20.

I did also ask for other bodies like:

But they weren't available  :-\

The online db says they're not available so does that mean that things are available that are not listed if you try your luck with a form?

Well, yes I do believe so.
Since all of this is not official yet on playmobil like they have done with the recent "show spare parts button" maybe a little bit of luck will help  ;)

For some parts that seems to be the case.
Usually, the only parts that I order by filling in a form are the parts for which the message appears: “The spare part you were looking for is available, but cannot be ordered online”, when you look them up at the playmobil website using the function “find spare parts”,
Parts that result in a message “no longer available” I do not usually try to order by a form, with the exception of klickies. Mostly, for sets that are not too old, I do receive the klickies (the only exception was the monk from set 6464).
What I read in this forum is, that many people have tried to order klickies from DS, and some receive the klickies and some don’t. I do not know what the reason for this is. Apparently a local DS can decide to grant a request or not. It’s quite mysterious, maybe it depends on your history as a customer. I am usually not interested in whole new sets, just in one or two klickies in a set, so I am very happy that I can order these klickies separately at DS.
Now that HDTM has found out the part numbers of some body parts and we have succesfully ordered them, hopefully this is the start of a new trend.

Thank you for sharing your order details and results.
With regard to the brown torso and arms from klicky 30009452 that you tried to order:
I have ordered this klicky at DS before as a whole, it costed 2,85 euro.
So that could be a way to get what you want, but more expensive.
Also I ordered klicky 30000452 (zookeeper from set 5921), it has the same brown torso and arms and is slightly cheaper, 2,65 euro.
It is such a nice color!

Some body parts that I am very interested in:
Redbrown arms of sheriff from set 6277 (these match the highlander torso)
Legs of klicky Albrecht Dürer from set 6107
Black/brown legs of klicky in dark clothes from set 5090 (Nightwatch)
