In the Posting FAQ at the top of this forum is information about how to attach or link to images. Is that the help you need?

As Tiermann said, there are two ways to do this. :)

You can post the photos as attachments, but there are some size restrictions using this method. More info here:

Or you can upload them to a free image hosting service such as photobucket or imageshack. This seems to be the preferred method on the forum because it gives you a bit more freedom with story layout. When using external hosting, the process of displaying the pics at PlaymoFriends is slightly different. I explained this to tonguello last night, so hopefully those instructions will be of help to you too.
