Title: Any one set an order in to UK DS this year?

I sent a parts order into UK DS on 15th January by email using my usual spreadsheet order form.  So far, I have heard nothing back, which is unusual.

Has any one else has a delay in a parts order being processed this year?

There are currently major delays in the German customer service: parts orders placed in early December of last year are currently fulfilled, or still pending. I guess you're stuck in the queue. Bear with them, please.

I spoke with UK DS today.  I don't know what had happened, but I was asked to resend my order and I received details of the final cost later today.

Glad you got that sorted, playmofire. The UK website is currently saying

Please allow 10 working days for delivery.

and then in red

The delivery time of spare part orders is currently about 3 weeks

Yes, I got the impression that there had been a number of problems with missing parts after Christmas.

I put in an order on the 22nd of January & just received it today, hope they sort your order out soon Playmofire!
