I sent a parts order into UK DS on 15th January by email using my usual spreadsheet order form. So far, I have heard nothing back, which is unusual.
Has any one else has a delay in a parts order being processed this year?

There are currently major delays in the German customer service: parts orders placed in early December of last year are currently fulfilled, or still pending. I guess you're stuck in the queue. Bear with them, please.

I spoke with UK DS today. I don't know what had happened, but I was asked to resend my order and I received details of the final cost later today.

Please allow 10 working days for delivery.

Yes, I got the impression that there had been a number of problems with missing parts after Christmas.
