Title: Picture too big for forum

Hi All sorry but not very computer minded. Have just tried to post my first picture on the site but the computer said no..  As its too big.  Any advice as I cant see where to shrink or edit it

Do you have any photo-editing software on your computer?

Even if you don't have Photoshop or Paintshop Pro, I think that the majority of digital cameras now come with software that includes the basic functions like compressing pics for e-mail or web use.

Hi, I have pic related question as well.

I've been posting pics on another forum using the "insert image" function and putting images from my website. Is that allowed here?

Yes, you can! :yup:

A lot of free image hosting sites (eg Photobucket) will even provide you with the code needed to do this, so all you need do is copy and paste that code into your post.

If this is not the case with your host, then you can find instructions on how to use the IMG button here:
