Little Prince
(1/1)
Oliver:
I felt like maybe this deserved it's own thread?
There's pictures courtesy of Oliver Schaffer on Facebook (who has posted a lot of pictures from the Toy Fair). No doubt this figure will be a favourite on here.

Perhaps an important note is that the Little Prince is out of copyright everywhere except France and the USA, but I can't imagine it won't be available in France so presumably it is made with permission of the estate? The USA is another story, of course.
Obviously no information on availability yet.
Ismene:
That's cute. He needs a fox and a rose.
There is a myriad of official Petit Prince merchandise, so I wouldn't be surprised if they worked with Playmobil. I wish they did a child figure though.
Rasputin:
I have no idea who this “prince” is but have all the other sets been mentioned in a tread ?
I’ll add him to the collection if he makes his way to the states but I’m not paying some scalper a premium
Thanks for the info and link to the toy convention video

No, there are a bunch of sets shown that I *think* were either unannounced or haven't been seen before, I just haven't gone through the update the relevant threads.
The Little Prince is a children's book, the image is very famous in Europe but I haven't actually read the book.
Rasputin:
I reached out to Oliver Schaffer the “Diorama Artist”
He creates those displays using his access to Playmobil extensive collection
Neat stuff if you want to go down the green (envious) lined rabbit hole , I’d suggest a few hours of exploration
