frequent "Internal Server Error"

Has anyone else been getting these?
While browsing about I get these a lot - a refresh will usually bring the page up correctly (though it has happened that it takes a couple of them)...
They don't seem picky - appear on the main forum page, boards, threads, replies... anything goes, apparently.

Yes, I’ve had the same issue on both my mobile and desktop.

And me, but only when accessing the home page.

I got one just now when I clicked on 'reply'!
I also got one when trying to send a personal message.
I am using a tablet.
