How did you make the scabbard for the the cutlass and how did you make the belts, pouch and belt buckle?

This would be really a great help (cf. below)

Nevertheless I already started to make this figure by my own (because the grand event comes near quite fast).  I must admit, that I couldn't cope with that many customized pieces. That's the reason why I decided to fall back on standard Playmobil pieces (the legs, the belts, the plume).  So the figure will not be 100% the same, but I think "from the distance" it will be recognizable as Dan  ;)

I hope he will be satisfied with the result.
