Hello, Gepetto & Jamie Jo
& everypmone else!

It's like magic, isn't it? :yup:

& it works with common elastic bands as well ... I did with one I had at home (first I found), without much hope, and it worked out! 8} When I found Socrates' how-to, based on Gassy, I was marvelled! : http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=2288.0

It's miraculous! & Still have to take the case to the Physics Institute, at UFRJ (Rio de Janeiro University) ...

Thanks now, Socrates, in your own thread. Tell Gassy (is he/she here in Playmofriends?) that it was the best discovery ever, to the playmo community of collectors! :)

I'm gonna have to be late to the party also, but I'll express my thanks for posting this wonderful technique.  I was never able to get the other method to work, I think I was just to scared of breaking the Klicky.  I gave the Spanish method a shot during my lunch hour and it worked perfectly.

Now I can't wait to start customizing some Klickies!

Thank you :)  It's one of my favorite Klicky's, and also a wonderful photo taken by my wife.

My favorite "retired" disassembly method is the shoestring (aka Tom Sawyer method).

You tie one of the string to the klicky's neck and the other end to a doorknob.

Then you yank the klicky.

I made the gross error of implementing this in a confined space and wound up with the detached head ricocheting around the room like a bullet.
