HI Syl, they are cute indeed but I don't think they are new. I have seen them for at least a year.  :)

My avatar is there in the caucasian family (with brown hair) and I've had her for a few years.

  Hi Syl,
I think one of the things I like most about this group is that I am always learning about something in the playmobil world that is new (or new to me!)  Someone is always sharing a set or figure that I have never seen before.  Everything old is new again!

no need to apologize, syl - we all miss things, no big deal :)9

i have the the Kivu and Wong families - they were a great addition to the not-so-ethnically-diverse playmobil world. It's cool to have easy access to oriental kids with this add-on (current children figures are so much easy to take apart for cutomizations than older ones)

PS With no intention of unfolding a polemic subjetc here: unlike Playmobil US / UK, I think it was very smart of PM Germany to classify this families by surnames rather than by geographic location...that's more potitically correct to me.

I don't mind syl ... if fact I would like to know in which year my avatar figure was first produced!

I wouldn't say it's PC, it's just smarter: we live in a globalized world.
Cheers!
