Story-Telling / Fire Academy Recruit Training

Several new recruits are currently on week 3 of the fire academy. This week, they’ve been working on victim removal techniques. Today, they wrapped up this module with a hands-on exercise involving removing a live victim from a donated structure via a dual-ladder operation.

The last photo is of a new member of the hazmat team. Note the chem tape around his boots.

Foam bard is the best - so easy to cut and so versatile! That's so sweet! I think it's really fun to incorporate handmade stuff and other brands too, especially as I don't want it to completely look like a children's toy. I'll definitely share pictures soon!

Welcome fellow land-locked American! Playmobil USA does have a parts department but getting the parts you want is hit-or-miss. It beats the days of mailing in an order form and a check though.
