Congratulations Duckman great photo  I'm fairly certain it was one of the ones I voted for great props with the bin bags and the lighting really gives it the right feel

I also really liked 'Cooking with the caveman', though. What is that man going to do to that chicken? His gaze is fierce 

Thanks I'm glad you liked it, I've got to admit it was more the concept of having a Caveman appearing on a modern TV cooking show than what he was doing with the chicken that I was thinking about, although judging by his stare he's probably thinking that this bird looks quite tasty compared to what he's used to catching ... or possibly that this is quite small and pitiful compared to what he's used to taking down hard to tell

Hi,

thank you all fro your very kind comments, I just wish I'd thought of Alley Cat Blues as a title.

It was inspired by a picture I remembered from a photo contest on the old Playmoboard which showed cats round the old style trash cans under a single light.

Here is how it was set up.

The lighting was created using battery operated blue and white LED lights, inside a black sock with just the one white light sticking out wrapped in bin liner to reduce light leakage, though as the photo shows a lot of the blue light came through the sock.
