Yes I did custom make those beautiful koi. The water is then reusing a plastic lid from a take out container, colored plastic bag, and then plastic wrap over the top (so I could set the lily pads on it). It was fun to do for my first entry into one of these.

I considered it a trial run for when I finally make my zoo diorama in which there may be a larger scale Koi Pond.  Oh and the fish are "swimming" thanks to push pins (thumbtacks whatever you want to call them) under the bottom (which also helped make it look like ripples in the water.)

A very beautifull picture that definatly shows the beauty and grandure of the medieval theme, and a little fantasy too with that witch.  :)

Alas, voting has already begone so its a bit late but otherwise it certainly would have been one of my votes.

I really like the shape of that building.
