The 16 Super 4 sets (love them or hate them!) contain 21 klickies, according to the PM promotional pictures currently available. The sets are due for release this Autumn and until then we will not know exactly what they contain, so what follows is somewhat speculative, based mainly on the pictures. There seem to be 15 new hair types, 7 'non-removable' (like the hair found on child klickies) and 8 (on 9 klickies) removable. 5 klickies have existing hair types. Here are screenshots of the heads of all 21 klickies:

It has been confirmed by Geobra that 'Alex' and 'Ruby' have hair which can be removed, but 'Twinkle' and 'Gene' have hair which is part of their head and cannot be removed and this is also true for the other fairies in the series (which I assume means those in 6688 and 6689). Looking at the pictures, I have assumed that the two bald figures (in 6690 and 6698) and the knight in 6695 all have moulded-on hair.
It is hard to tell in some cases, but that leaves 9 figures with new hair (2 klickies have the same one). The 6691 figure might have an existing hair type, its hard to tell from the picture.
In addition to the 8 new hair pieces, there is one new beard (in 4798/6693). The king in 6695 seems to have a grey version of one of the 'prehistoric man' beards. I have assumed the bald guy in 6698 will have non-removable moustache/sideburns but who knows? In the picture they look to have been made from craft foam and stuck on!
We will have to wait and see what the actual figures are like, but some Maltese sellers have already been offering for sale some of the hair for Super4 figures. Tahra flagged this up last August here (http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=8205.msg259880#msg259880) when she showed us the black hair of Alex in 6695. Interestingly, the blond hair of the same style hasn't appeared in any set yet- was this just a prototype/dry run?
-
Thanks for gathrering all of those :)
It worries me.. that non-removable hair. Not only it makes it a LOT less useful, but... I wonder if will interfere with popping as well. NOT good.
Besides, the new body types. I hate the idea beforehand. But I CAN change my mind when I actually have them. Though I am STILL not over the idiotic different arms. >:(
As to the hair in blonde - no idea. I THINK it is probably forthcoming, but that is just a personal opinion, based on... well.. nothing, really :P
-
I'll just skip the theme all together. It just feels like its not playmobil and more a similar brand of the same scale.. its just too much apart for my taste.
-
Well thank you for compiling all the hair styles of the new series. First non-customizable buildings now non-customizable klickies.....stop the joy kills geobra
I am looking forward to the 4798/6693 and 6697 wigs, Malta sellers stock up please.
-
thanks for sharing your findings, Graham B, and very well laid out ;)
well, at least I wont wait for nothing....continue making a few more Japanese baldies of my own :-\

Me too! The Sharkbeard is nice too. I wonder why they haven't shown up with Maltese sellers yet, when the 6695 style appeared last August?

The bald heads may yet turn out to be customisable, cheng- we will have to wait and see!

PM Malta have started manufacturing the Super 4 klickies, judging by the fact that some of the heads and hair are turning up on ebay:

I got the king (PROCESS) and the bad guy's hair (just missing his head)..
But THOSE torsos you just linked to are AMAZING
I wanna know how the fixed hairtypes are like and the new bodies (dread).
-
It looks like a new style of clip-on breastplate, no?

Those ebay torsos? No, they are regular klickys.. but the printing is GORGEOUS!
(the fixed hair looks nice too... as long as they are poppable, because non-poppable klickys is NOT a good thing)

Oh, that arrogant seller.
I bought from him about twice, and each time he charged the double of the real shipping-costs. I complained about it to him and I´ve noticed he therefore blocked me from bidding ever again.
-
What a cheat! It really annoys me when sellers make money through shipping costs. On ebay.co.uk (I have no way of knowing if this is true on other ebay sites, the rules seem to vary from country to country), sellers are charged a selling fee on the shipping costs as well as the final value of the item, but this hasn't discouraged some from trying to make money on shipping costs. Makes me mad! >:(
(I wasn't endorsing that particular seller, btw!)

In the interest of fair play and setting the record straight, I have to say that seller has just given me a 40% refund on shipping charges. I bought four lots from them, ebay checkout told me 'the seller does not offer combined postage', so I added a short note asking if they would possibly consider refunding any postage, then paid for all four (including four lots of postage at £1.50 each). I got £2.50 refund. I don't know if £3.50 is reasonable international postage from Malta to UK for 10 klickies, but I am satisfied. I am sorry for your experience, Hadoque. There are still plenty of scalpers out there!

I have updated the table now that the figures are on sale. I think there are 5 new non-removable hairs, 10 new removable ones and 5 not-new hairs on the 21 klickies in Super 4 sets.

I think you are right.

How does the 6698 (cookie jar hands) hair attach? Is it like the scientist?
-
Yes, the head uses the same mold. The mustache piece fits in the slot first (over the top of the head), so the grey hair piece for 6698 is smaller than the one for 6690. but the two are interchangeable. Pics below.
Those 'cookie-jar' hands on 6698, which I thought were molded on, are actually removable, making the figure in 6698 much more versatile and useful. Quite a few very nice customised klickies using the head from 6698 have appeared on eBay. It is nice to see such an impressive set of facial hair on a male figure (my avatar agrees!) and it isn't made of craft foam!

THANK you so much for the details... I am so looking forward to these. I should have bought repeats of that fat knight...
HE HAS NO MOUTH!? That is... creepy. WAY creepy. WHY?
And pictures of the figures from 6691 and 6699 (both new hair types, both removable and interchangeable):
That hair on the white nerd is not the original, and it's an old one - the crooked one we dislike... Not that that one is a big improvement, as shown in the PROCESS some time ago..
Great that Lenora's (?) hair comes off :)

I really don't think the hair comes off... Though I haven't tried (and don't plan to!)..
-
thanks too for the very detailed coverage GrahamB....I was hoping the back grey piece of hair can be fitted without the side burns&moustage without leaving a gaping 'ear' hole on the sides of his head. Also, I thought the bald head was perfectly round but now you have shown that it has a flat area where the hair&sideburns fit over....and I share Tahra's disappointment that there was no mouth printed under his moustage...so I cant cut off his moustage either :D

Doh! You are quite right, Tahra. The hair I have on my 6691 figure is wrong :( My bad!
