The new Knights sets have been revealed on Amclicks as well, here's the link.
But, it's indeed peculiar that the add on sets will be released before the new main theme in August.

On Klickywelt the cover of the new DS catalogue has been revealed as well! Note that the validity period is until 31 January 2019  :(o):!!! I guess they want to start to release the DS sets on the same date all over the world. Now the German market got them 6 months before the other markets. (Source on Klickywelt).

Other pictures of other DS sets (= rereleases) are also available in that same topic of Klickywelt. Fort Brave and the Western school are back.

Thanks!

It also lists the Tailors Shop as 'new' though it feels like it only just came out of the DS selection (I wish they'd  re-release the one with the bakery).

Can't believe they still have enough of the Modern Villa to have it back in. Seems like they've been trying to get rid of them for ages.

Why do they always rerelease these sets without the klickys? I would love to buy Fort Brave, but they don't sell any soldier klickys to go with it. :'(

Looks like just the new sets, not showing what may be rereleased from before.  The 9842 set with the civilian work stuff is nice for  use in castles or marketplace set ups. The costume shop is a nice idea but nothing there I need. Animals are a yawn, nothing new. Shields are the new knights theme so that's nice. Not much I will need there really.

Edit initially missed the Klickywelt pages.  Yeah nothing much interesting in re releases except maybe the fishing boat.  Still the red house. They need to switch up the color to one of the others.

Hey, some of them have PDF instructions already! Including the knights, so now we have part numbers for the bronze armour, and the fancy shields...

2019 DS sets with PDF instructions (Fixed, thanks Boris)

I don't think I'll bother with cracking at inventories just yet, since there are a LOT of reused parts here, and the spare-parts service will do most of it for me in June. I'll put in klickies though (since they don't), and see if I can get decent pictures for the new shields etc.

Catalogue comparison: new feature, ordered by release-date.
PlaymoDB Sets listed in "Catalogue DS Germany 2018-2019", sorted by release date
PlaymoDB Sets listed in "Catalogue DS Germany 2019-2021", sorted by release date

The new sets are at the bottom, of course.

The link should be: https://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/your_set_list.pl?setlist=9831,9832,9836,9838,9842,9843,9844,9845,9846,9847,9850,9851,9852,9853;title=2019%20DS%20sets%20with%20PDF%20instructions  ;)

On the other hand, I am surprised they have manuals for the klicky-groups!

I think it may be so that people cannot buy the re-release and then try and sell it as an original item.

Thank you for the updates! I've been waiting to see what is coming. I'm excited to see that extension floor (9848) for the new "Large Hospital" 70190. I'm dreaming of that hospital, however it doesn't seem like it's going to be released in the USA  :'(

I love that pottery wheel in the 9842 set!

What a ... desillusion. There is so little, and nothing "wowing" at all.

There is mostly 1 (yes, 1) thing I like, it comes in set 9836 "3 Waterknights":
the knight/soldier in the middle has a nice print on his blue torso, that torso could be used for customising all kinds of historical civilian klickies.

Strange indeed the instructions with partnumbers for these DS knights are available! But the better for us  :)

Resistance is futile, you will be boarded!

Aesthetically these sets look more classic than recent ones have - with the exception of the flame knights of course. The blue knights look fairly properly medieval, though their heraldic symbol could be better. Hopefully this signals a pullback from recent extravagances.

Is the boat remote control modified or just renumbered?
