Small grey flag with blue and red sticker

I was just wondering if anyone might know which set this small flag belongs to.

I get the feeling it's from a nautical/boating set but I could be wrong.

I want to remove the stickers and make a custom flag, but I thought I should check that it isn't a rare HTF part before I do so.

Hi Sylvia,

 It's not a really hard to find part but it also doesn't come up to often.

 The flag is actually from the construction theme and can be found on the front of the loading shovel 3458.

I may have one with no flag on.  If not, I certainly have a black version.

Thanks for the info, Garry! I would never have worked out that it comes from the construction theme.

And thank you too, Gordon. I think I have some spare black ones somewhere, so I might try and use one of those instead.

How many Grey flags do you need?
I have some to spare and still have the cannonballs lying around here somewhere.

Thanks, Rob! I only needed one flag and managed to find something suitable.

I have been curious about the origin of that small flag for a while, so it was good to find out where it came from.

And I'd forgotten about those cannonballs. There's no hurry for them, of course.

I know that there's no hurry, but I'm trying to get rid of excess parts and sets (as you might have read in my thread) so when you have figured out what else you want just let me know
