yes, anyone in the US who can enlighten me would be greatly appreciated. I emailed PM and was given a phone # to call. I did, and at the time only had 2 parts to check on, 1 was in stock and the other wasn't. They told me to call back in a few weeks. since then i have collected a rather large list of part #s I would like to order, but have been putting it off since i am not really sure if I should just call them back or what.

If you have a long list, it's probably best to start the process over with a new email. They won't want to process a long list of parts by phone.

I believe you can just hit the "contact" button on playmobil.com and email the customer service department.

It varies depending on time of year. I've had it be the next day and I've had it be a week. Right now my guess is a few days but there's really no telling

ok, so i emailed DS either early this past week, or late the week before. I haven't heard anything from them....should i have? (USA)

ok, i just didn't know if i would get a generic "we got your email" email or not. I bought a set today that is 'broken' so i need to call them next week anyway. Or at least email them.
