I got this set in unopened bags in a lot, as mentioned here: http://www.playmofriends.com/forum/index.php?topic=11456.110 , so I thought I would do a quick review with photos.

Now assembly! I love these wheels. It's a shame they weren't used in other sets as well. They are truly elegant.

I never realized this set came with a bucket and a fleur-de-lis sticker before. What it really needs is some pretzels!  :D

I never knew about this bucket until today!!  :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o And I have this set!!

Is it a normal bucket?... it seems smaller than the regular one.  :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( IM so sad now....

Ditto. Though I THINK I didn't get mine MIB. Looks like the smaller bucket the cavalry used to have.. in GREEN  :o

I know, right? I don't know how I never knew about it.

It's one of the smaller ones. I think it came in other colors in some other sets.

I didn't even know he sold pretzels  ;D

He looks very cheerful and I hope to get my hands on one of these guys some day. With or without bucket!

Since this was mentioned in another thread - I definitely got this set MISB (by which I mean it was bought for me as a child :lol:) and I'm 80% sure he didn't have a bucket.

He is a great set, I wish they'd reissue the smaller Victorian sets through DS.

Thanks, Oliver. It seems likely the green bucket was included in some, but not all sets. This kind of thing does seem to happen fairly often: perhaps later sets lack the bucket because stocks ran out?
