I hadn't thought about that one as it's a US-exclusive (all though a lot of those exclusives turn up here sooner or later) ...

Which set is that? I thought I had (nearly) all ghost pirate sets ...  ???

Isn't it the same as this Santa's coat, except for the print (4889):

As it isn't really a removable item, it will be considered as a part of that klicky. Just as hair.
It will have a part-number of it's own, but it will be very difficult to get hold of.
