This is what got me into Playmobil! The Happy Meal sherriff! Without that serendipity I might still be wandering in the darkness. 

1982: Playmobil figures

McDonald’s launched the Playmobil Happy Meal in 1982. It ordered 30 million toys and had given away 10 million when it announced a voluntary recall after just over a week because of a choking hazard. Customers were given a box of McDonald’s cookies, a cone, or a refund in exchange for the toys.

I guess I forgot or never knew that there was a recall for them...wonder what happened to that other 20 million klickies.

LOL!  I THINK... (I'm not sure) that it's actually just one voice, a man who does all the characters, even the females, as if we're listening to an adult reading a story to kids. That would explain why they all sound weirdly bizarre. Maybe....

I am very easy to playmoplease - I like Super 4, mostly.. But I just couldn't. It's TERRIBLE.  I hope some people can get over it.

But it's a shame.
