Hi. I think this is the best custom I have ever made. How do you like it? My dad helped me with the photo.
Nibor
-
I think it is great
Its at a palace near a desert oasis
I assume he is the ruler of the area
You have a lot of talent
-
Yes, Meg, you`r right, he is the ruler of the area! I`m very pleased that you like it.

A very dashing custom Nibor! Is he a good ruler or an evil one? I hope he is good to his people and enjoys his lovely desert country. :)
It's nice of your Dad to help with photos! I look forward to seeing more of your customs.
-
A bad ruler or a good one? Well, he isn't`t too bad to his people but is infamous for massacering his enemies. >:D Also, he massacres prisoners if the enemy Lord/king doesn't`t pay the ransom! And yes, he enjoys the desert country. Great that you like it too!

LOL! I am glad I am not an ememy then! :o

Cool custom Nibor... keep 'em coming!
Cheers,
Red

Psyche, when you tell the ruler his fortune, only give him good news
-
Good tip, Meg, good tip ;D
A very handsome custom indeed, Nibor! Keep 'em coming!
-
It's wonderful! You have a good eye for choosing accessories that complement each other well. :)9
And you're lucky to have a dad who is willing to take photos of your creations for you. He did a very fine job with this one. ;)
-
He sure is nice :)
-
Terrific creation Nibor! :)9
-
I`m very happy that you like it.
-
Excellent custom - well done :)
-
Excellent work, Nibor! And so kind of dear old dad to help out with the photography. You are very fortunate to have been given Playmobil toys at such a young age (i.e. 2 or 3 years old, as you mentioned in your intro.) I wonder, do you have an older brother who plays the electric guitar? Just curious . . . . ;D
-
Hello Nibor
He is a very fine charecter and an excellent peice of customising. Thank you for sharing him with us :)9.
Regards Tim
-
I like that figure :)
It's a good combination of Playmobil parts, it looks playmo authentic in that it could easily be released as a Special and be very popular.
-
Errrrrrrrr, yes Madame X, I have got an older brother who plays the electric guitar, why? I`m very happy that so many of you like this custom! :D
-
This is a nice one, Nibor. I always liked the Viking whose shirt that came from. He was the first viking ever released way back in 1995 (set 4519). I saw one cheap on eBay last week or so but forgot to bid. 8}
-
Don't you hate when you do that Robbie? I do it all the time. (My wallet is grateful, of course!) Just last week I did it, so when nobody bid on the item (a playmobil mug that looked cool) I wrote the seller, but so far he/she is ignoring me... :'(

Some time ago, the same thing happend to me. I wanted to buy a Video Game( Well, it`s on postage now, I tried with an other seller)by direct service, because it is much easy er then to bid. I sent the guy/woman a mail but it was ignored. >:(

Here are some customs I made earlier. How do you like them? I took the armor from the treasure chamber 4255. They are the Golden Guards.
-
They look very good indeed. I like them.
-
I like them too. They look more like fantasy knights then normal ones( Well, I think that.). I really like the armor.
-
Yeah, your right. They do look like fantasy knights. But they are still nice, and the signs on their shields suits them very well.
-
;D Me thinks Madame X is very wise. :!: She must have looked in my crystal ball while I was napping! :zz:
-
I like the armour for the knights
They look cool
So that came from the New treasure room for the fairy tale line?
I will have to wait a year for it :(
-
Errrrrrrrr, yes Madame X, I have got an older brother who plays the electric guitar, why?
I suppose that you also have an older sister, about 24 or 25 years old, perhaps?
;D Me thinks Madame X is very wise. :!: She must have looked in my crystal ball while I was napping! :zz:
Dang it, you heard me then . . . . it must have been that crash when I knocked the table over and the crystal ball almost landed on Rocky's tail and he tried to leap clear but landed on you instead (I hope those scratches have all healed up by now :o) . . . After all that trouble I went to, it turns out that I don't have "the gift," so gazing into the crystal ball was of absolutely no use (I kept seeing people wandering dazedly around in a flame-filled pit somewhere ???) Anyhoo, whatever I know (or think I know) about Nibor I had to learn using good old-fashioned espionage techniques (I am a woman of mystery, after all ;) ;D . )
Now, to get back on topic, I must say that your customs are really very good, Nibor! Not only do you have a good eye for color and style and putting all of the right elements together, but you also place your creations in interesting backgrounds which enhance the appearance and "story" of each figure. Thanks for sharing your work with us - I look forward to seeing more of it in the future. :)

Yes Madame X...you may be a lady of mystery but you are not one of stealth. :P

 >:D No comment. ;)

It must be genetic. 8-)
When shall we see more customs by Nibor? Oh, and I've been meaning to ask...does "Nibor" have a special meaning in German or ???

Where could that kind of genetic material possibly come from?!?!?!? I simply can't imagine . . . unless he is, perhaps, descended from Leonardo da Vinci which might explain Nibor's artistic talent as well as his apparent fondness for Leo's preferred writing method. :-X ;D

Madame X
What do you know about Nibor's writing techniques?
If they are supposed to be secret, how did YOU find out about them.
You become more mysterious by the day.
Meg, a simple guinea pig

Very well done custom. Looks like it has come directly from PM.
Nice background ... I got the feeling, I know this ... ALS-Verlag?
