Title: Short impression of the 2014 Playmobilbeurs in Heerde, Holland
Post by: Lynx on October 23, 2014, 20:27:23
Hi there, I'd like to share some pics of the Playmobilbeurs in Heerde. It was organized by Jonny, one of the big collectors in Holland. He owns a toy shop in Hattem which has only Playmobil, new and old. Great to make a living of your hobby! A link to his shop: http://www.jonny-hattem.nl/

Not all the pics are good quality, there were made with my phone and my hand was shaking, due to the excitement.. :P

First: Allo allo, find Rene, officer Crabtree and Herr Flick!

The castle was made by Hellebaard, a friendly, metal-loving collector who started collecting only two years ago! His nick name on the PCC is "baardje", over there you can see more of his collection

The last pic is a diorama made by Rob, PCC name Claymore. Unfortunately I did not make more pics of this one.

Some of you may notice my little hero was there as well.. ;)

Well, and for those who were thinking (me included) the new Asian dragon theme has no possibilities with those 'fixed' castles, you are wrong (me too!), proven by Bruno Peeters, a Belgian collector. OMG, how much did he spend on this one..

The combined castles are fantastic, and the temples show very creative use of parts! Where is the roof made of in pic one? I had to look twice!

The second temple... :wow: :wow: :wow:

Owww.. the temple in pic 5, how does someone comes up with that. Too bad pic 7 is blurry, several bridges, ships under the watergates... Amazing!

These are the last ones, enjoy!

You beat me to it Joost, I was about to make a same thread. I also made some pics. Not a lot, I was to busy running after my rogue daughter and in the meantime searching boxes for (water)jugs for my Egyptian theme. I only found a halve one!

Hahaha, I did buy some goats too! And you found two "Sultanswache", my favourite all-time special! The Arab in white, I saw him for 12 euro.. hope you didn't pay that price!

Shame we didn't meet, Jan. I was hoping to shake hands this time. I did meet Keesinho, very nice guy! Always great to meet forum friends!

Maybe next time.

Thanks so much for the pictures! The bridge over the river like that, what a marvellous idea
The Asian diorama is fabulous. Brubil always manages to create an entire world with themes that have very few sets to start from.
I really enjoyed the Allo Allo one, and Martijn made a gorgeous medieval construction  8-)

I would have loved to go, but the budget didn't agree with me  :(

Great buys conniefrere! I like the hippos best.

Nice buys! And thank you so much for sharing the pictures. The diorama's are inspiring. Love the western scene and the garden center. So many great details.

Next year I'm really drawing a big cross on my calender so I can make it.

Could be that I paid that amount :-[ , I thought when do I come across one again and what will the price be?? So bought him nonetheless.
A pitty we didn't meet, next time I guess, I shall wear a pink with gold glitters hat so you recognize me. 8-)

Great buys conniefrere! I like the hippos best.

They were number one on my list! Can't have a Nile without hippos in my Egyptian theme.
