That's a great location!

LOL! It's a cemetery near me. Fortunately, it's not a tombstone but a large monument.

A Roman pick-a-nick! Great idea. You've managed to make that gladiator base not silly!

Those pics could make good Nessie hoaxes, JLM! They certainly look very lifelike floating in the algae like that!

Love the Roman pics too! Keep 'em coming!
At that moment the ship suddenly stopped rocking and swaying, the engine pitch settled down to a gentle hum. 'Hey Ford.' said Zaphod, 'that sounds good. Have you worked out the controls on this boat?' 'No,' said Ford, 'I just stopped fiddling with them.' (With thanks to Douglas Adams)

Thanks, yinz guys. I wish I had bought one of the "real" Nessies that were for sale on the Playmobil US site when I first started collecting 2 years ago. Now if/when I find one, it'll be pricey....

Rusty the Rock Dragon

I had a box of Playmobil in the car when I found myself waiting next to a 19th c train trestle near the Ohio River, while my partner was out of the vehicle making a medical call. I saw a spot for some pictures of the Rock Dragon I had with me & had it pose for awhile. Of course, I had to call him "Rusty."
