Victorian themed sets are almost always a good investment.
Out of all of those, I'd advise getting the carriage if you think the price isn't too high. It's a beautiful item and one of the harder ones to obtain for a reasonable price on eBay.

The other sets are pretty cool ones too. I can certainly see why you love living in Athens.

The larger Victorian sets are the ones to invest in.

I would pass on 5403, but the others are all in demand.
