Mystery Items
« on: May 22, 2006, 18:15:21 »
Hello,
I just got three of the parts play packages from US DS and there are a few pieces I have no idea what they go to.
Number one there are two of - it has many hooks on one end. Part of a vehicle?
I am pretty sure number 2 is the frame to a bike trailer?
Thre is a round piece with bumps around the top like rivets. It clips onto something. ??
Four looks like the bottom is the side to the left in the picture. The bar on the right has grooves.
Any ideas on these?

2 is the chassis for a bike trailer.

1 could be a cycle rack of some sort, but that's a guess.

I thought at first 3 was the top of the fire hydrant, but it isn't.

No 3 Is definitely the wheel hub or wheel centre for the 3934 Front End Loader

I think number 4 is a piece of 1*2*3 fence, like the ones found in set 6804. :)

I agree on number 2 - definitely the base to a bike trailer such as that found in 3746. I'm surprised that has turned up in your package because that set was retired 11 years ago. I wonder if it has been used on another trailer more recently.
