Ok, don't laugh, I have already changed my avatar! I missed having my girls in the photo with me.

The photo shows us cheering for the new board!

Wow that's good! It's hard to get such a good photo for an avatar...let alone of a group.

That's an excellent avatar, and a great piece of photography.
