I can't phone them... They're spanish. I REFUSE to make it up.. and AMAZINGLY they do not understand us, though we understand them...

I don't wanna be a pain, you know. I'll wait another couple of days and email them again..

Hi,

one of my last orders was lost in their system although I received the automatic mail reply...

I would suggest to call them. Try it in English if they are unable / unwilling to speak portugese.
