Thanks for the pics and the information.  Although I don't see myself collecting this theme, I may purchase the river base components from direct service to use as an African oasis.

What an excellent idea! I can use them with my Roman fort.

Thanks for the pics  :D

Beneath the new animals there also seems to be some new other items/pieces: the green vest in the 4833 and is this a new leg mould in 4834 with attached pockets at the side?

Great idea, I think this will look also nice in the Egypts theme ...

Those new animals look great and are very welcome additions to Geobra's wildlife kingdom.  8-)

I'm already imagining a pair of those bright pink flamingos (#4827) on the lawn in front of a house in Playmosuburbia.
Very retro-chic! :D

That is a fabulous idea, Sylvia!  There was quite a funny story involving pink plastic flamingos a few years back that took place in a neighborhood near where I live.  Sadly, however, the pink plastic flamingo has recently met its demise.   :'(

I can't wait to see it, Gepetto!  I'll be using the oasis with my Egyptians, Arabians, and Romans.
