Since this was mentioned in another thread - I definitely got this set MISB (by which I mean it was bought for me as a child :lol:) and I'm 80% sure he didn't have a bucket.

He is a great set, I wish they'd reissue the smaller Victorian sets through DS.

Thanks, Oliver. It seems likely the green bucket was included in some, but not all sets. This kind of thing does seem to happen fairly often: perhaps later sets lack the bucket because stocks ran out?
