Very nice and great detail, although maybe it's more Belle Epoque which is 1871 to 1914 than just Victorian.
I agree with Tahra about the boy on stilts, but back then Kids grew up Tough , as in "what doesn't make you stronger will probably kill you". It does look funny, though, as if he and his sister have been sent out on the balcony to play and he is peeping in through the window to see what they're missing...
Thanks! To my knowledge, Belle Epoque refers to the same timeframe as Victorian (1860 or mostly 1880-1914), it’s just how it was called in France. So the difference is geographically.
