. . . . I wanted to get the farm advent calendar this year, but it's out of stock on the US website.
Are we getting a picture a day? :yippee:
Yep, that's the idea. JLM did a great one last year. Or was it the year before?
Graham is leading us on an Advent-ure :rudy: :hatoff:
Ismene, if you do Amazon, it's available there. <*)

Lie detector?
I will attempt to pass on these system WHY buildings (they do look gorgeous all together though.. )
Too bad she has to strip to sit down.
You'd be surprised how many of us this is true for.
... the refection on the mirror is very good posing! :)
A curious thing on the side: I have no interest in make-up parts, but that piece would do great as a color box, preferably with other color-stickers, maybe applied on just one side... I wondered if it already existed with that function, in any other sets, so I checked on playmodb but found just another adventcalender with the same make-up box. But it's cute, so I checked for the part to maybe customise a color-box myself, and guess how the part is called in German: "Farbkasten", which translates to: "color box". ;D
Though I have no use at all for makeup in the meatworld, I do like the playmomakeup :P
She can't reach her own mouth to apply lippy (lipstick), so she has to put it on her reflection.:lmao:
You and Tahra are correct, the paintbox (https://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30-51-6320) is in the schools and other sets; it's the same mould but in white, with different stickers.

The klicky is unique to this set.
I have issues with the girl's red dress! It's gorgeous and I love the idea that kids can be dressed now. But they put a girl with pigtails on either side of her head together with a dress that is incredibly difficult to get on, and off. I STRUGGLED, and I'm a Playmobil veteran! Why did they do this?!
This is nice:(https://i.imgur.com/xlt7rXe.jpg?1)
I tried it and got really stuck- I couldn't get it over her hands with them raised up. My wife suggested putting it on feet first (with the arms down), which was MUCH easier and the pigtails didn't get in the way at all. My wife is a Polly Pocket* veteran, a different skill set was needed here! Should have been in the instruction booklet :(
*PP dolls have very similar rubbery clothes
This figure is the only part unique to this set today.
He looks comparatively underdressed.
Realistic. Spend weeks picking the right dress, hours doing hair and makeup . . . He shows up in jeans and an old sweater with more facial hair than is entirely necessary.

Now that a second fancily dressed lady has shown up, I am beginning to form a theory about what is going on here... :sherlock:
The cookies are cute. I wonder what kind of blue cocktail that is. ???

The tree has 31 decorations (I had 2 spares). It was a fiddly job to fit them all to the tree! All four types of decoration are unique to this set.

Posting this early today as I will be busy this evening....

(I opened the box in late November to assemble all the parts and take the photos, so I have been feigning surprise at the opening of each window for the last 24 days!)
