In the links you posted they look more like slightly overfilled eyes than "clipped" or underfilled ones... an underfilled eye... which does happen very rarely... would leave an empty socket
... the overfilled eye problem can be fixed with a fingernail.. just lightly pull away the excess, because the head is a firmer plastic, you
won't shouldn't damage the plastic doing this.
I have noticed this overfilling though... now that I see exactly what you were referencing.
-This is caused by the softer plastic used to mold the children's hairpiece... which is a single piece connected to their eyes and mouth that fills the spaces in their head.
-In adult figures the eyes and mouth are formed by the same hard plastic that fills the rest of the head, just in a different color, so it sets up evenly... most of the time anyway.
