Easter Eggs
« on: March 13, 2012, 14:20:03 »

At the beginning of the 2000s, Playmobil in Mexico was in a dark transition period and it was very difficult to find some sets. I was in Belgium when I accidentally found these eggs:

The first three belong to the inaugural series from 2000 and the other two, from 2001. It would take me 10 years to finally find one in Mexico belonging to the series from 2010. I never noticed if the previous series were also sold here. You lucky guys who haven’t suffered this kind of torture!  8}

Thanks for the link! It makes sense now, series 1 is from 1997! So, I have only three eggs from 1998 and two more from 2000. The information in Playmodb is not accurate for early eggs releases, there are no photos of gnome eggs (series 1, 1997) and animal eggs (series 3, 1999) either:

I found today that there were huge chocolate eggs in Spain with a figure inside!!!

In the end, we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. We will understand only what we are taught.

Yep, have those too... It's featured in one of the easter cards (and maybe pic).. But the content was nothing special, so it's probably MIP somewhere on mount 3.

I have MOST eggs, I think, but playkingdoms isn't updated in a long time. Working on it though.
