Not sure what people are confused about but I will try to help  :lol:

1. Fi?ure skeletons are grey... or gray if you spell it that way  8}

2. These instructions are generic so they don't have to print different ones for each figure and/or so they don't have to post multiple sets of instructions for the fi?ures online

3. In the past klickys have had all sorts of skeleton colors... (this is probably the point where I am no longer "helping" the confusion) just take a look at some of your early ones and you will find red, green, blue, yellow, and black skeletons... then look at the Caveman Special and a lot of the aboriginal warriors and you will find brown skeletons. However, yes, most klickys have and continue to have ivory skeletons.

Hope this helps clear up the confusion... but it probably won't  ;D
