New years eve ball
« on: November 28, 2011, 12:39:50 »
Hi all!!!
Just wanted to let you know about an forthcoming event here at Downton Abbey.
Lord and Lady Grantham are having a New years eve ball to help celebrate the coming of 2012!!!
They are looking for any worthy candidates to come and join them in the evenings entertainments which will include a banquet feast, followed by the ball hosted by a live band.
Although guests will be expected to make their own way to Downton, we will of course have a car to take them back;)
There is more than enough room at the Abbey and our Lady would be overjoyed to be joined by so many relations♥
So perhaps you know a playmo that will be sat in a cold, dark uncomfortable place this New year. :'(
Or maybe you know of a Playmo that has done something exceptional to help the not so fortunate.
Do you maybe know a couple that are just desperate to show off their best outfits?!?!
Whatever the reason, please do get in touch if you know of any Playmos that would like to come and stay for the new year revelry.
Hoping everyones well
Best wishes
Issyx

p.s please be aware that the evening will be recorded by her ladys personal photographer so this isn't the event for a camera shy Playmo ;)

I don't have any Victorian klickies, but I do think it is a neat idea

I think it's a great idea but timing may be a little late. It's a busy month for most of us. These things can take a while to put together. What part of the world are you in?

Izzy,
Lovely blog! Fantastic stories with perfect photos! Let me go through my girls and see if anyone needs a night out in the UK! Too bad I have a girlfriend flying over the pond for one day next week...for work! If she were staying longer, I would figure out how to accompany her, but it is not worth it for just one day.
Keep up the lively blog posts, Pgal
After two decades of male toys (esp. Lego and PM) in our house, it is time to build something for us women!
