I thought of naming one of my 5135-ships "Golden Hind", like Sir Francis Drake's ship...
(The real "Golden Hind" looked totally different though, and it would be a hell of a job to customize it accordingly.)
This one is just a basic 5135 but I've given it custom-stickers and some flags from the medieval theme. A white flag with red cross on it would be more appropriate for a late 16th-century English ship, but I don't have such ones right now and I think the flags I used go well with the ship's colours...
The copyright for the stickers are property of "(bastel)valotte", a German who sells a lot of custom-stickers for many historical Playmobil-themes on ebay.
I asked him to make me side- and stern-stickers for 3940/5135-ships, several of them are now to be found in his listings. 
The name on the ship's stern could have been printed a bit smaller (what I would have preferred), but If you don't make the stickers yourself you don't allways get everything exactly like you want...)
