Ideas for new themes
« on: December 04, 2014, 08:57:21 »
Who's got a good idea for a theme for the next photocontests?

If we've got enough replies, we'll do a poll on it  8-)

-New years resolutions.
Surely clickies might have bad habits as well and want to improve themselves? The pictures could involve these bad habits.
Would really allow us to tap into that dark side a bit and show clickies being jerks, inconsiderate, having bad habits, etc but promising to better themselves.  :)

-Family.
A family picture, can depict practicly anything as long as the focus is some sort of family.

-Take your child to work day.
For clickies this can be quite special considering the many occupations of clickies.

-Music.
In some way, music is made on the picture. Maybe its a dragon with a ukelele, a hardrock band, an active dancefloor or even a spanish flamengo dance.

-Showing off.
Clickies might not always be humble. It could be a fun topic to go all out with. Like a rediculously fancy looking throne room of a king who receives a guest, a child showing off their skateboard moves, or a lavishly decorated coach with a princess riding past a princess in a small coach drawn by a single horse instead of six white horses.

Brr, little cold for that right now though!  <*) I'd prefer to save that one for the summer!

Some great ideas there enough to keep the photocontest going for a while by the sound of it

Outdoors - images taken outside somewhere in the "real" world

Well it's certainly not everyones style but, for me personally I don't have much scenery and I prefer taking a photo outside then trying to get the conditions right outside so it'd be buisness as usual for me, still would make a good theme for summer with picnics and beach holidays and such like or for taking snowy winter photos although that can't always be garanteed also the real world offers a great opportunity for alternative real world scale photos and plants can work really well in outdoor photos if they're a suitable scale/height to use with Klickies ;)

"I didn't expect to be given one of THESE for Christmas"

The morning after: what Santa does when all the deliveries are finished

"Out with the old, in with the new"

"The spirit of Christmas past"
At that moment the ship suddenly stopped rocking and swaying, the engine pitch settled down to a gentle hum. 'Hey Ford.' said Zaphod, 'that sounds good. Have you worked out the controls on this boat?' 'No,' said Ford, 'I just stopped fiddling with them.' (With thanks to Douglas Adams)
