Title: New (possible) Fairy Series - (What Fresh Heck...)

Soooo I found this at good ol' AmClicks:

I.... I have no words other than random screaming.  :omg:

This looks the worse so far in my opinion. It's so far removed from the playmobil look, made even worse with the Spirit bodies and the eyes (which look like they'd be more at home on Bratz dolls). The figures look closer those of Lego's Friends series. In fact, I thought it was them for a brief second.. It's a shame, there's some pieces I would've loved to use from them, but there's little to no room for customization, as we've seen with dismantling the fairies from Super 4 and the Spirit girls.

There's trying new things, and then there's screwing with the basic formula like THIS. Say what you will about Everdreamerz, but at least they still looked like Playmobil.

Yes...

It was one of my biggest playmohighs followed by the biggest playmodisappointment when I realized they'll be almost useless for customs. And the females are horrid.

That is what prompted my rant/overview on the bodytypes :(

And I do like some of the prints on them! They're just pretty much useless!  :hissyfit: Unless, God willing, they designed a new way for those bodies to support both head types, and the heads can fit standard bodies. But that's a fool's dream right there.  8}

Mutants! Also, why would they suppress the 4th Everdreamerz series and come out with this? I would think they would be aimed at the same target market (PM desperately trying to appeal to tween girls and mostly failing).

The everwhatsit prices are pretty ridiculous. Not to mention (IMO!) they are silly, bordering the insulting.. wait, I said this before.  :-[  I'll shut up.

I love them. Except the moronic useless ugly bodies :(

We both loved the colors and the animals and the stuff ...  and the klickys, if they were normal, they'd have INFINITE (or close :P ) custom potential... Like this... :(

(like the dinos ones.. my short lived passion for the female :( )

EXACTLY. Maybe the newly cancelled Everdreamerz series will make them think twice. Still kinda sucks that Series 4 was nixed though. I was SO looking forward to that caravan!  :'(

Even if Series 4 never sees the light of day (rather than just being delayed) - surely the Caravan will see the light of day at some point? I can't see them never using the mould in some form. We just have to hope it doesn't come in the usual dizzying array of pinks and golds.

Oh Lord don't jinx us! I sincerely hope they won't. It looked plenty "girly" enough as is without going overboard.

Cartoony eyes seem to be the trend as the upcoming Dino Rise characters all sport big painted eyes. Most of the heroes sport the slimer type of body too.
Maybe the anime influence is another try to reach a wider audience.

OH GOD IT'S SPREADING..... I really hope it's just limited to certain side series and NEVER becomes the main face of the brand.... :prays:

Everdreamerz 4 was beautifully designed an elegant. These have interdting figure concepts but the settings look cheap and repetitive to me. They dropped the wrong series in my opinion

True, but the sales of Everdreamerz was not good at all, they are very very expensive for not being a licensed product. We can only hope they will release them at one point in the future, but instead of using boxes, using the bags with less useless accessoires. I read on KlickyWelt that series 4 is postponed, rather than canceled... Fingers crossed.

I think the sets are beautiful. The animals and the stuff - though I wish they were not system WHY.  Well.. they'd be among the best ever, imo, IF the klickys' bodies were not so horrid and useless :(

I don’t recognize playmobil anymore. They look like another brand name toy with some playmobil parts thrown in. Having said that, I did spot a round wooden door and window that would be perfect for a hobbit hole.  :love:

Maybe some useful parts for customizing purposes, but otherwise much too "polly pocket" looking for me.
This is NOT the kind of Playmobil I like...If one can still call it Playmobil that is.  :(

Most is still in a "prototype phase" (especially the flying & floating vehicles) and most of the trial-pics I made sofar are too large to upload here.

Saw these on AmClicks. Now I actually like the structures and animals! The klickies themselves are a hard PASS.  :P

I actually like.the Klickies, but I am a fan of aliens anyway. The animals are interesting. Don't really need the structures  but I do find it interesting they have taken the mold from the stump house first seen with the rabbit people and used it to build a larger tree on top of. So that big set will actually be pretty big.
