Just because it hasn't been said in a while.

Clouded Leopard!

More arctic and snow animals such as the Eurasian Lynx, arctic wolves, arctic fox (although the customs that people have done of this are pretty sufficient). The snow Leopard is a great idea, it would need a head similar to the tiger. Leopard Seals, Muskox, Golden Eagles, etc.

Cheetahs, Baboons, African Wild Dogs, Turkeys, Red Pandas, Sloths, Lemurs, Anteaters. I too, hope they do these all soon.

(Is this thread too old to post to? If it is I apologize.)

Yes, it's interesting to see this again.
We got the bat, sort of. And the Lynx. :D

All that you just mentioned would still be great to have.

Seeing as so much fantasy has infected most themes how about some fantasy animals ?

Sasquatch
The beast of Blandenboro
Jackalopes
Chupacabra

 or a hodag?

Like to see the Jackalope - or even better the bavarian version of it - the Wolpertinger - it is the same with wings.

Bats would be also very very nice - someone in the Klickywelt made some bats of himself - very good custom:

 okay, those bats are AMAZING!

I still want South American Animals like Howler Monkeys and Capybara, Sloths!

And Australian: Wallaby, EMU, Dingo, Gohanna Lizards

And Baboons!  Red Pandas, Turkey (though I am slowly working on a couple custom ones).

And more BABY animals to animals that we have already (skunks, otters...)

I like the idea of a Chinchilla too.  And more dog breeds, different cat breeds...
I'm glad that I'm not the only one :)
