Hello,
I have a marx toys catalogue.
I havenĀ“t a scanner here but I have made some pictures.
If you can not see them correctly maybe you can see them a little bigger in the spanish board.

there are some rare items only produced one year!!
-
and the last:

I bought a 1981 UK catalogue.
It's the first catalogue where playmobil sell in UK without MarxToys company.
the catalogue is not very interesting itself. Typical german sets from 80s....
But the item was from a man who closed down his toystore, but he still received the catalogues from toy companys some years.
Then within the catalogue there was a gift ;). A letter from Playmobil about the new company in UK, the expired licence od Marx toy to sell playpeople etc...
I think you can read it but I put the picture in the web for some days...

I have never seen one of these and appreciate you posting the pictures for us to enjoy . Thank you Aleon

:P Wow, what can I say, congratulations I guess. Stunning catalog, I doubt though if many of these sets (you know the ones I'm referring to) have ever been released with the Playpeople logo on it. I'm again very curious where you find this. If on ebay, I despise myself for having missed it >:(
Saludos,
Eddy

If we knew then what we know now, we would all be financially broke, but oh, what a collection we would have :P! BTW excellent catalog, & pictures, thank you for giving us the opportunity to review it!

yes, there are some items that I never have seen in my life with playpeople logo.
All "new" items of the catalogue are rare....
For example, I never have seen any of this picture....
and have you seen the 1728/1 bobby in blister box?
-
I scan some images.
Yo can see the logo is put on the box.... :p I think those boxes never were sold with playpeople logo....

yes! I have seen your post of your huge collection.
I think you like my new acquisition. A Schaper catalogue from 1983. there are 15 pages of playmobil. No box pictures only the images of content. I think all is in collector.

Thank you so much for posting those photos Aleon, they are very interesting. It shows the Bobby hat in four different sets, something I hadn't been aware of. I can't imagine very many of the larger sets were sold.
