PFD's new Cargo/Hazmat trailer
« on: August 04, 2009, 17:37:27 »
Hello everyone,

PFD has finally taken delivery of its new Cargo trailer. The trailer will be used to haul Hazmat equipment.

I've managed to use all the left over parts from the off-road racing trailer. The rest were used in a previous custom.

The hinges that hold the rear door on are actually Lego's. I hate to admit I used Lego's...  :-[

The parts that hold the door closed are from the farm trailers.

Alright, that's it. I hope you like it.

Now I have to work on getting all of the equipment inside it.

Excellent design and workmanship, Ben, and eco-friendly in its purpose and its build using so many spare parts.  Great work; look forward to see it kitted out and in action.

Holy cow Ben, that trailer looks big enough to live in! Great job on the construction and thanks for letting us know where the parts and bits came from, I find it helpful to know where other people find their bits. Look forward to seeing it geared up.

Excellent custom HAZ MAT trailer, Ben! It definitely looks large enough! Are you going to have showers from the 3969 bathroom set for decon ?
Forget about all of the other stuff,....all we need is the reintroduction of the 3526 Fire Engine!
