Of course... loads of them! (we like merpeople - plenty about the PROCESS)

They pop the same... For speedos, I now usually YANK them - with pliers, I think that's the word.  Just protect the head/neck so as not to scratch them...

I usually wrap the rubber band around the neck, then that card circle, and yank the head.
