Title: 2012 Garden of Heroes. Episode one.
Post by: tonguello on May 09, 2012, 21:43:02
Garden of Heroes
Season two. Episode one.

The journeys.

Black omens spread like black ink on wet paper, they say.

Since the Realm’s favourite Hero, Sir Enok del Eden had left on a long journey to Winterhaven for the famous International Tournament; dark forces have put their dark plans on the move on Argenland.  So when Sir Enok’s ship didn’t arrive on the day it was set up to come back, everyone, royals, nobles and small folks, were worried.

Later, with Sir Paul E. Merous and his personal assistant Gupta’s strange disappearances on their journey back from Pavelonia, the realm seemed to face a darker fate.

Clouds of black birds were flying to the Mountains and the wolves’ howls could be heard every night . . .  everywhere. Every town, village, post and city was on alert. But no one really knew what was happening. Strange events were reported to the authorities almost every day, and every new story was stranger than the other. The only thing the tales had in common was their protagonist: a dark ghostly mysterious figure.

Part of the Great Council was summoned to Coghlan City, to attend an urgent meeting at the Royal Hall. The Great Council was formed by the representatives of the most important cities in the Realm, but due to the urgency of this meeting, only those from the closest cities were ordered to attend immediately: Sweet Lake City, Galasuan, Green Gardens and Kartos; and of course, the Order of The Golden Plume, from The Secret Tower.

A small group of nobles, knights and squires parted from each city.

The party from Sweet Lake City made their way across Gonnya Plains, crossing the Black River and through Grey Castle Ruins where they found they were not alone in their journey. Black Eyes were watching.

A group left from Galasuan, leaving the beautiful lake behind them and already feeling they were escorted.

A Galasuish messenger had been sent to Knoll Fort with important news for Captain Hellmar. On the open Gonnya Plains he was chased and almost killed by wolves. The wolves were getting bolder and more fearless attacking on broad light. And they were getting smarter; choosing their preys, mostly messengers and riders, to cut communications between the cities, to divide and to conquer.

Another group started their journey from Green Gardens, a fortressed city, northeast of Coghlan near the Ee bay. This area was famous for its beautiful gardens and natural scenery. But surely behind all the colour and beauty around them, something black was watching.

From Kartos parted the commission led by Sir Willem Redcross. Strangely and suspiciously enough, their journey was the smoothest one and least watched by the Black Eyes.

The Order of the Golden Plume and their companions were the first to get on the road, for they were the ones that had to travel the longest distance. The Secret Tower’s location was a secret to the King himself though the rumour was that it was near Alcalah, on the southwest margins of the Dead Moors. Only the King’s Seneschal had the means to communicate with the Order, and those means were a secret too. Or so they thought.

The Order was being watched too. The Black Eyes didn’t even care to hide. They stared . . . vigilant, under the bright sun.

But what the Order didn’t know was that something darker, something bigger, something evil was watching from the sky.

However, not only the King had called for a Council, someone else up north had called for their allies. And they were responding to that call.

Thing is I can only take pics on weekends. And "Winter is coming"  so days are shorter, and freezing and as I try to shoot outside, it gets complicated. I'll do my best!

Thank you Luisito!

BTW it is not a role play game.
Just a story intertwined with Gis' and Tim's Tournaments. ;D
